1. Especially if the supply is not timely
Due to the rapid progress of project anti-corrosion, high consumption of paint in the short term, and limited capacity of paint warehouses, paint often cannot meet the needs of on-site construction. From a contractual perspective, negotiate with suppliers to regularly dispatch personnel to supervise production at the manufacturer and self dispatch vehicles for transportation, which solves the problem of delayed paint supply.
2. Painting issues
The phenomenon of a large number of needles is a serious quality issue, and therefore the inspection has not been passed. The solution is to apply 150 μ The intermediate paint with a thickness of m is divided into two operations. After each operation is completed, use a paint brush to touch up the needle. After it dries, use sandpaper to polish it smooth before proceeding with the operation;
3. Bubble problem
Due to its thin thickness, the gas generated is released and will not form bubbles. Before drying, the intermediate paint operation is carried out, which effectively avoids the occurrence of needles. The intermediate paint is formed in one go, with better quality and reduced process, fundamentally solving the above problems.
4. Transportation issues
During the transportation of the pipeline from the factory to the construction site, the paint on the surface of the pipeline is severely damaged. Use a 20MM diameter hemp rope to wrap it around the pipeline every 4 meters to avoid collision and surface damage during transportation; Tie rubber plates to the baffles and pads of the pallet truck to avoid wear and tear when shaking back and forth.
